What we source
RF and microwave
RF test benches run on connectors, adapters, attenuators and cable that wear out and get lost. We source the exact parts, and the harder-to-find components behind them.
Where this comes up
In an RF lab, worn connectors and damaged adapters degrade measurements long before anyone notices, so labs replace them in steady small quantities. We source exact replacements by part number, along with attenuators, terminations and cable, and add harder-to-find components to the same order so the bench is restocked in one delivery. Exact part numbers keep measurements comparable over time.
What we find
- RF coaxial connectors and adapters
- Fixed attenuators and terminations
- Coaxial cable and assemblies
- Mixers, amplifiers and other RF components
- Waveguide components and RF switches
Specifications buyers ask for
- MIL-DTL-39012
- RF coaxial connectors
- MIL-STD-348
- RF connector interface dimensions, such as SMA and TNC
- MIL-DTL-3933
- fixed attenuators
- MIL-DTL-17
- coaxial cable
What to put in your RFQ
- The full part number
- Frequency range, interface type and gender if there is no part number
- Power rating and VSWR where it matters
- Quantity and required documents
- Connector series and finish for adapters
Some RF parts are export-controlled
High-performance RF and microwave components can be export-controlled. We classify every part before we quote and decline ITAR-controlled items. Telling us the end use and destination up front lets us answer faster.
How we source
- Authorized stock first. We buy from authorized distributors wherever they hold stock.
- Manufacturer and OEM excess, with purchase paperwork back to an authorized source.
- Qualified independent sources only after they pass our questionnaire. Their parts are tested at an independent lab before they ship, unless you tell us in writing not to.
What ships with your order
- Blue Horizon certificate of conformance, signed
- Manufacturer and supplier paperwork back to the source
- Manufacturer lot and date codes, plus our internal lot code
- The test report, when parts were tested
One line per part is fine. We screen every customer and classify every part before quoting.
