Labs and repair stations rarely need a full spool. We source aerospace wire and cable in the lengths and colors you need, with the manufacturer's documentation.
Where this comes up
Repair stations and labs often need a few hundred feet of a specific wire in a specific color, or a short length of shielded cable, not a full spool. We find the exact construction in the quantity you need, including cut lengths that come with the spool's documentation, and add matching harness materials to the same order. Color codes are part of the spec.

- Spool or reel preference for longer lengths
Cut lengths need their paperwork
Cut lengths come off larger spools, so the traceability is the spool's documentation. We ask for the manufacturer's lot information with every cut length, and it ships with your order.
How we source
- Authorized stock first. We buy from authorized distributors wherever they hold stock.
- Manufacturer and OEM excess, with purchase paperwork back to an authorized source.
- Qualified independent sources only after they pass our questionnaire. Their parts are tested at an independent lab before they ship, unless you tell us in writing not to.

- Blue Horizon certificate of conformance, signed
- Manufacturer and supplier paperwork back to the source
- Manufacturer lot and date codes, plus our internal lot code
- The test report, when parts were tested
One line per part is fine. We screen every customer and classify every part before quoting.
